Input

Prepare the product photos

Everything starts with a clear reference. Take (or collect) photos of the product from one or more angles — front, side, back and close-up details — on a clean background with even light.

  • The more angles you provide, the more accurate the product will look in every frame.
  • Make sure logos, text and colours are sharp and readable.

Reference photos: full product and a macro detail.

The AI copies what it sees. A blurry or badly lit reference produces a product that changes from frame to frame.

ChatGPT · Gemini

Ask the AI to write the frame prompts

Instead of writing every image prompt by hand, ask ChatGPT or Gemini to plan the shots for you. Attach the reference photos and describe the style you want — for example, hands in black gloves, or any style that suits the product and the client’s brand.

Prompt for ChatGPT / Gemini
I'm creating a premium ASMR product video. Attached are reference photos of my product: [PRODUCT NAME].
Write 12 detailed image prompts for vertical 9:16 frames, one prompt per shot.
Style: dark moody studio, matte black background, soft rim lighting, macro details.
Hands wearing matte black nitrile gloves interact slowly with the product: touching, pressing buttons, turning it over, holding it from both sides, sliding a finger along the surface.
Vary the angles: hero shot, top-down, side profile, back view, macro close-ups.
Keep the product 100% identical to the reference — same design, colours, text and proportions.
Photorealistic commercial product photography.

ChatGPT Images · Nano Banana

Generate the frames

Open ChatGPT Images or Gemini (Nano Banana), upload the reference photos, and generate the frames one by one using the prompts from the previous step. Review every image before moving on.

  • The product must match the reference exactly — shape, buttons, text and colours.
  • Hands should look natural: five fingers, realistic glove texture.
  • Keep the same lighting and background across all frames so the video feels like one shoot.
Example frame prompt
Using the attached product photo as an exact reference, create a vertical 9:16 photorealistic image: two hands in matte black nitrile gloves gently holding the [PRODUCT] from both sides, eye-level side profile, matte black background, soft rim light on the edges, shallow depth of field, premium ASMR commercial look. Keep the product exactly as in the reference.

Get a complete video prompt

Now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude to turn the frames into one complete video prompt: shot order, timing, camera movement, hand actions and — most importantly for ASMR — the sound design.

Prompt for ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude
I have 14 reference frames for an ASMR video of [PRODUCT NAME] (attached).
Write ONE complete prompt for a 15–20 second vertical 9:16 ASMR video that uses these frames as a shot sequence.
Include:
- Scene-by-scene order with timing
- Camera moves (slow push-in, macro, gentle orbit)
- Exact hand actions in each shot
- Consistent lighting and background
- Detailed sound design: crisp clicks, soft taps, rubber and glove friction, subtle room tone
No music, no voice-over, no on-screen text.
Example result (the video prompt we used)
A 16-second vertical 9:16 premium ASMR video of a black smartwatch in a dark studio, matte black surface, soft rim lighting. Hands in matte black nitrile gloves move slowly and precisely.
0–2s: slow push-in on the watch standing on the surface; quiet room tone.
2–5s: gloved hands enter and frame the watch; faint glove squeak.
5–8s: the watch is turned over; macro on the back sensors as a finger taps the glass — crisp tap.
8–11s: side profile; a finger presses the orange-ringed button — satisfying mechanical click.
11–14s: a finger slides along the textured strap — soft rubber friction.
14–16s: top-down hero shot, a finger taps the screen; final soft click.
Keep the product identical to the reference images. Photorealistic, shallow depth of field. No music, no voice, no text.

Flow · Gemini Omni Flash

Generate the video in Flow

Open Flow and choose the Gemini Omni Flash model. Upload all the generated frames as references, paste the full video prompt, and generate.

  • Generate 2–3 versions and keep the one where the product stays most consistent.
  • Listen with headphones: the sounds should land exactly on the touches and clicks.
  • If one shot drifts, regenerate that part only instead of the whole video.
Uploading the full set of frames is what keeps the product identical throughout the video.

ThumbnailForge

Create the thumbnail with ThumbnailForge

The thumbnail decides whether people tap. Use ThumbnailForge to build it from your strongest frame: the product name in large type, a clear “ASMR” label, and high contrast.

Example thumbnail prompt
Vertical 9:16 YouTube Shorts thumbnail for an ASMR video of [PRODUCT NAME]. Use the attached frame as the background. Large bold white title at the top: "[PRODUCT NAME]". A bold orange banner at the bottom with the word "ASMR". Subtle orange sound-wave graphics and sparks around the product. High contrast, dark premium look.

Distribution

Publish

Use a simple, searchable title such as “ASMR + product name”, add #ASMR and #Shorts with product hashtags, and publish several videos in the same style to build a recognisable series.

Tell viewers to use headphones — it increases watch time.

The results

Two real videos made with this exact workflow. Open “View frames” to see the images behind each one.

Example 1 — Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2

2 reference photos → 14 frames → one video prompt → Flow + Gemini Omni Flash.
